If you are a person affected by cancer (patient or supporter), you’ve recently experienced prehabilitation and you’re happy to share your story publicly but anonymously, please tell us your story through Care Opinion.
Care Opinion is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that gives people a way of telling others what they think about the services they receive.
Your story might be about you, or someone close to you. You can say what happened, what was good, and what could have been better. You can use words, or pictures, or both and it should only take 5 or 10 minutes.
When you share your story the Care Opinion team will read your story and show it on their web site. They will ask for your email so they can let you know when your story is published, but they will never share your confidential information with anyone else. They will also email health or care staff who need to see your story, providing them with a chance to learn, and if necessary, improve. Often, the services linked to your story will reply to you on the Care Opinion website and if they do, Care Opinion will let you know.
