Prehabilitation at Maggie’s

Maggie’s is an independent charity with centres beside NHS hospitals across Scotland and throughout the UK. Visiting a Maggie’s centre can help you to take back control when cancer turns life upside down, with professional support for anything from treatment side effects to money worries. There are eight centres across Scotland and each offers a Prehabilitation workshop.

All their support is free, and no appointment or referral is needed, just pop in!
